Are you a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) , LCAS-Associate , or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) ready to make a difference? RHA Health Services is hiring a Community-Based Substance Use Counselor to join our Community Support Team (CST) .

In this role, you will :

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, and behavioral health teams
• Collaborate with community partners, families, and legal systems for holistic support
• Support individuals in building coping skills, achieving recovery, and living their best lives
