Why the Truck Loader role is important to Bright :

The Truck Loader will support the department supervisor by providing direction to the team. The Truck Loader identifies how items are to be organized, palletized, stored, loaded, and unloaded onto trucks or in the warehouse.

About You :

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in working in a warehouse environment (e.g., product storage, product staging)
• Loading experience
• Experience in leading a team.
• Able to multitask several tasks simultaneously and ensure projects are completed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a forklift and operate pallet jacks
• Enjoys working as part of a team and collaborative work environment
