About the Role

As Head of Firm Operations & Growth, you will serve as the integrator and strategist, driving our firm's day-to-day performance and long-term expansion.

You'll partner closely with our Founder (a seasoned family law attorney) to translate vision into action across all facets of the business. This means overseeing and aligning our systems, processes, people, and financials to ensure we deliver exceptional client service today while building the capacity to scale for tomorrow.

This role is about sustainable expansion on a strong foundation, not scrambling through startup chaos. Our family law firm is well-established and mission-driven, with a healthy operational budget and a track record of success. We need a second in command who can refine what's working, build what's missing, and guide us through a period of strategic, values-driven development without missing a beat.

Our ideal candidate has experience in orchestrating all facets of operations in a professional services business and has a passion for fast-growing environments. Specific experience in a law firm is not necessary, but is a bonus. If the details below describe your professional experience, regardless of industry, we would like to meet you!
