The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and selling merchandise, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, store standards compliance, inventory processes, and company program management.

Primary responsibilities include executing established procedures, supervisory duties, ensuring customer service standards, proper scheduling and staffing, and communicating company directives and programs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in English, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, task organization, industry knowledge, effective communication, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, gripping, reaching, and pinching with arms and hands frequently, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
