Pay Range : For our Payment CSR is $15-$16 / hour.

What You Will Do :

As a Payment-CSR you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.

  • Process customer monthly payments.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.
  • Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.
  • Complete mail sorting tasks.
  • The Perfect Match :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Location : On site
