What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy AI agents capable of handling complex, high-volume customer interactions
• Continuously iterate on performance, reliability, and user experience to drive measurable business outcomes
• Run experiments and evaluate the latest text and voice models for real-world performance
• Identify cross-customer patterns and insights to guide platform evolution and model improvements
• Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions for enterprise use cases
