Are you a licensed clinician who thrives in leadership, values collaboration, and is driven by purpose? N Street Village , D.C.’s largest provider of housing and services for women experiencing homelessness, is seeking a compassionate and strategic Assistant Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services (ACD-BHS) to help lead our trauma-informed mental health and substance use programs.

???? What You’ll DoAs ACD-BHS, you’ll work closely with the Clinical Director to :
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and peer recovery specialists.Lead trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for women with complex behavioral health needs.Design and enhance programs focused on recovery, crisis stabilization, and long-term wellness.Provide clinical oversight, maintain a small caseload, and support high-risk interventions.Facilitate staff training, professional development, and continuous learning.Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver holistic care.Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and data-informed program improvements.???? What You BringMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldActive DC licensure (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)At least 1 year of clinical supervision experienceStrong diagnostic, assessment, and trauma-informed care skillsExperience working with underserved populations and co-occurring disordersA deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and client empowerment????
