Job descriptionPerforms and / or assists the patient with personal care activities as prescribed on the Home Health Aide plan of care. Performs and / or assists the patient / family with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Reports patient status changes to the interdisciplinary team as needed. Maintains current and accurate documentation. Complies with policies and procedures of Hospice of Huntington, Inc. Protects the confidentiality of private health care information of patients. Represents the services and philosophy of Hospice of Huntington, Inc. High school graduate is preferred. Proof of nursing assistant certification. Minimum of 1-year experience preferred. Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. Philosophy is compatible with the hospice concept.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Full-time ho hours per week
- IRS rate for mileage- WE PAY 62.5 CENTS PER MILE
Applicant must have own transportation. Will be required to travel to Cabell, Wayne, Mason, or Lincoln County in WV or Lawrence County Ohio.
WE PAY 62.5 CENTS PER MILE
We take care of patients in their homes, assisted living, personal care homes, nursing homes, or wherever they call home.
