Job Responsibilities
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Communicate any issues or updates to supervisors or co-workers.
- Utilize membership system knowledge for data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Accurately record new members, renewals, and program participants.
- Maintain all member resource information at the front desk.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and professional.
- Greet members and visitors according to YMCA guidelines.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.Strong customer service skills.Cash management experience.Organized and able to follow directions.Friendly, outgoing personality.Comfortable in a membership-driven environment.Ability to handle multiple tasks successfully.Computer and keyboarding skills.Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.Additional Details
