Job description

Physician - Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

Orlando, FL

Compensation : $225,000 - $250,000 per year (based on experience)

Location : 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Orlando, FL

Schedule : Monday - Friday, day shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physician to provide care across three Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Orlando, Florida . This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with mid-level support handling most charting and lower-complexity visits. Physicians will round at multiple facilities within a local radius, with travel reimbursement provided .

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in skilled nursing settings, focusing on family and internal medicine.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers and facility teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Utilize PCC EHR for accurate patient documentation.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in post-acute / long-term care preferred.
  • Must be eligible for Florida medical licensure.
  • ECFMG and ACN candidates will be considered.

  • Salary : $225,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
