Salary Range : $22.00 - $29.50

Department Details :

We are seeking skilled LPNs to join our fast-paced, growing clinic. Typical schedule includes Monday - Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. There may be opportunities to assist with our Urgent Care team as needed, which could involve evening or weekend shifts.

Job Summary :

Are you looking for a rewarding nursing career where you can grow your skills, feel valued, and make a positive impact on your patients' lives? We invite you to apply for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You'll provide quality, holistic care to patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring they feel heard and comforted. As an ambulatory LPN, you’ll work under the supervision of Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, or Physicians, enjoying autonomy as the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
  • Document comprehensive medical histories from patients.
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients and administer medications or treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Counsel patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care under the guidance of a registered nurse.
  • Qualifications :

    Must be a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing Board and / or possess multi-state licensure privileges. If the role requires IV therapy or management skills, you must either graduate from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or complete an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
