Compensation: $70K - $100K+ depending on experience

We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison between them and our skilled technicians. This role requires exceptional hospitality, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to ensure a seamless and premium service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and initiate the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues on the repair order.
• Translate customer needs into clear, technical language for service technicians.
• Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about their vehicle's status and provide expert recommendations.
• Manage the service workflow, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar high-end customer service or sales role.
• Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic service drive and office environment. Applicants must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members in person and over the phone.
• Use a computer and telephone system for long durations.
• Occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Work in an environment that may involve moderate noise levels and exposure to outdoor weather conditions in the service drive.
