Verify with sanitation lead on assignments and special work instructions.
Work as a team to accomplish assignments on time and in order for production to meet their deadlines and goals.
Train on mixing solutions; maintain sanitizing floor mats and hand dip containers with sanity solution throughout shift.
Follow specified cleaning procedures during lunch and break times.
Perform all of the cleaning and sanitizing procedures that are listed on the startup check list. The night shift performs the deep cleaning.
Communicate with the lead and maintenance crew on all equipment failures in order to prevent unscheduled downtime.
Report all food safety concerns and any quality issues to leads or supervisors.
To ensure safety, collaborate with Leads on all work performed in confined spaces and in high elevations.
Promptly report loss of equipment due to food safety concerns.
Champion a world-class safety culture through on-going trainings, effective preventative maintenance programs, positive promotions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and local policies.
Qualifications :
Relevant experience with proven dependability and punctual attendance.
Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual English / Spanish desired.
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First-Aid certifications.
Must be able to adapt to changes, be detail-oriented, and meet tasked deadlines.
Work involves but is not limited to lifting, bending, carrying, holding, kneeling and twisting throughout work period. Stepping up, stepping down climbing steps and ladders and working at heights. Occasional long-term walking required.
