Overview

We\'re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Real Estate Attorney to lead a growing office in Stockbridge, GA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity designed to onboard quickly, with the potential to transition into a long-term leadership role. You\'ll manage a team, conduct closings, and grow your own book of business—within a firm that\'s reimagining the real estate closing experience.

Mileage is covered for offsite closings, and you\'ll enjoy a mix of onsite leadership and remote closing flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Oversee residential and commercial closings across Georgia, ensuring compliance and a smooth client experience.
• Lead and mentor a local office team, setting the tone for culture and performance.
• Represent the firm in client and partner relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with realtors, lenders, and key industry players.
• Drive business development through local networking and marketing events.
