Job descriptionDevelop personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' individual goals, needs, and abilities. Conduct fitness assessments to establish baseline metrics and track progress. Provide high-energy, engaging, and safe training sessions. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage. Maintain a clean and organized workout environment. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for all members. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive team environment. Participate in gym events, promotions, and marketing efforts. Demonstrate flexibility in working with clients across various fitness levels and goals. Exhibit a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative training strategies. Promote and sell personal training packages and other gym services. In addition to PT sales and lead generation, this position is responsible for ensuring the maximum effectiveness of selling by instituting ongoing training and development. Nationally accredited certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM). CPR / AED certification. High energy and enthusiastic personality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to program and coach across multiple training modalities (e.g., strength training, conditioning, sports performance, etc.). Willingness to think creatively and innovate training methods. Available to coaching small group training classes per trainer level classification. Sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques. Personal Trainer
Denver Health and Fitness is a Premier Fitness Club with 2 locations in Denver, NC. Denver Health & Fitness is currently looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals, to perform personal training services. Successful applicants will be highly energetic, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and clients! They should also be eager to learn, grow their knowledge base, and make a positive impact on our community!
