Commercial Leasing (In-House) - Salary & Commission

Zar Property NY, Manhattan’s premier family-run real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced and energetic Leasing Associate to join our in-house team.

This role will support the marketing and leasing activities for our New York City office portfolio.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate the entire leasing process from commencement through execution, including inquiries, space tours, broker / tenant follow-up, lease negotiations, proposals, term sheets, and lease review.
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with brokerage firms.
• Schedule and conduct space tours for brokers and prospective tenants.
• Collaborate with Leasing team members and assist senior team members as required.
• Work with Management and Construction departments on tenant buildouts, floor plans, capital improvement programs, and upcoming vacancies.
• Canvass and market directly to tenants.
