Job Requisition ID #24WD83940Position OverviewThe Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming the Performance & Rewards team.  We have an opportunity for a Program Manager, Sr. Leader to help us build and drive scalable, innovative, and impactful Performance Management experiences across our global organization. This role reports into the Performance & Total Rewards organization. In this dynamic and high impact role you will have an opportunity to combine a passion program management, training and education, simplification, program integration, and creating a strong leader and employee experience. You will also be expected to work with internal stakeholders, across HR teams, and with leaders to support an integrated performance management process. You will need to demonstrate strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and a proven track record in program managing multiple complex programs. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of ownership, proven results of earning trust with customers, and have strong business acumen. ResponsibilitiesManage the programmatic aspects of Performance ManagementCollaborate with and influence team members to support training, communications, and processes throughout the year Support design, simplification, communication, training, and processes of Performance Management.Support program inquiries and planning needs Report and analyze key data points related to participation by function, segment, level, including performing variance analyses to prior year participation Provide regular updates and status of milestones to leadership teamWrite, edit, and review internal communication and knowledge management documentsLiaise with key stakeholders in HR and the broader organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for Senior Leader Development processes and programsCreate and run standard and ad hoc reports as needed to track program progress Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of cross HR experience and program managementExperience implementing leadership trainingInternational experience developing leaders, designing, and delivering learning solutions in multiple countries and across diverse cultures In-depth knowledge of change management and communication principles Strong project management skills Articulate and concise, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong data analytics skills to develop learning analytics / insights with data from learning platformsGlobal mindset and experience working internationallyAbility to work with ambiguity and agility in a fast-changing environmentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
