Job description

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of materials / supply chain management
  • Experience working with a large MRP system such as Oracle or SAP

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing manufacturing materials operations and strategy to ensure the achievement of plant goals. This manager will be responsible for the master scheduling, inventory management, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage aspects of Supply Chain Management, including : scheduling, inventory control management, warehousing, and logistics
  • Forecast material needs while maximizing the utilization of current inventory
  • Plan and implement lean improvements to maximize materials planning and distribution
  • Ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements
  • Determine the best course of action to improve distribution efficiency
