POSITION TITLE : Service Technician & Warehouse Lead

REPORTS TO : Operations Manager

OVERVIEW :

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on hoist equipment. Additionally, you will assist in managing the warehouse and fleet operations, overseeing logistics, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth operations. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES :

Service & Maintenance :

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, teardown, repair, reassembly, and testing on suspended access equipment and related accessories.
• Diagnose errors and technical problems, determining and implementing proper solutions.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and complex mechanical repairs under the direction of a supervisor or service center lead.
• Provide on-site customer service and support via phone and email.
• Complete all required training and certification for equipment maintenance (training provided).
