Job description

Restoration Laborer

Location : Greensburg, Pennsylvania - Schedule : Monday Friday, Daylight hours with possibility of overtime

  • Must be available to be on call one weekend per month

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform restoration and cleanup tasks in residential and commercial properties
  • Respond to emergency situations such as water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
  • Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare the area for restoration
  • Clean and sanitize affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces
  • Install drying equipment and monitor moisture levels to ensure proper drying
  • Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors

    Requirements :

  • Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures (will train)
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed
  • General Laborer skills are a plus, training is provided
  • Carpentry experience preferred
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Drug Screen
