Our Home Health division is currently seeking energetic, motivated individuals that enjoy a flexible schedule and a unique professional experience.

Daily Responsibilities :

Plan and administer prescribed PT treatment programs; help restore your patients’ function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury
Take your patient’s medical history
Conduct tests and measures to identify potential and / or existing problems your patients are facing
Complete re-examinations as needed
Develop discharge plans

Requirements :

Licensed PT or PTA in the state of Virginia

Must be a licensed driver. Ability to travel to all business locations.

Ability to commute to our corporate location for supplies at least once per week and / or every other week for mandatory meetings

Required Experience / Skills :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy

Proof of current CPR.

Current driver’s license.

One year as a Physical Therapist with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment.
