The Company is in search of a Vice President for Asset Management to join their team. The Vice President will be the key point of contact for the asset management of the designated properties, serving as the owner's representative and ensuring that investment objectives are met. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Asset Management include developing and directing strategic business plans, coordinating with various stakeholders to prepare and monitor budgets, and making recommendations to enhance the value of the assets. The role also involves preparing and maintaining financial models, monitoring market conditions, and effectively communicating with senior management, partners, and other teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier school, at least 10 years' of hands-on asset management experience, and a strong proficiency in financial analysis and real estate valuation methods. The position demands exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to mentor and assist junior staff.
