Wealth Relationship Management Associate
An energetic Wealth Relationship Management Associate who will deliver high-level customer service to clients of the firm. The Wealth Relationship Management Associate will join an established wealth management advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients. A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm. The position is located in our Indianapolis office (located on the north-side at Keystone Crossing).
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, gather, and execute projects, requests, reports, due diligence, action items, and other tasks related to client service, client meetings, and client reviews. Deliver the results to clients and / or senior advisor(s)
- Responsible for collecting information for financial planning projects and input information into WealthView (eMoney) financial planning software and BNA tax projection software. Communicate findings to senior advisor
- Prepare for client meetings (independently or with senior advisors) by delivering investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other topical information to clients
- Attend client meetings to take notes and present notable areas at senior advisor's discretion
- Implement changes, adjustments, rebalancing, recommendations, transitions of client portfolios with CAPTRUST's research and trading teams
- Assist in the implementation of client approved financial planning ideas such as estate planning strategies, charitable gifting initiatives, retirement distribution options, and insurance reviews
- Assist in the gathering of information and the preparation of individual income tax returns
- Serve as a liaison for the team with other CAPTRUST departments and maintaining rapport with such to ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and working team environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
1 to 5 years of relevant work experience4-year college degree with preferred studies in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting or other related fields or equivalent years of experiencePossession of series 65 or 66, and CFP or must obtain within the first 2 years of start dateDesired Qualifications / Skills :
Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clientsStrong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office productsExcellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audiencePrioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyAbility to delegate tasks and projects to others within the organization, to follow up as appropriate, and to work in a team environmentWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
