Senior Acquisition Specialist
Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support the Project Manager for Cyber and Space (PM C&S) within the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) in Hanover, Maryland. This role will provide acquisition management support to the Assistant Program Managers (APMs) by assisting with documentation, planning, and advisory functions throughout the acquisition lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DoD acquisition, program management, and contract execution with a focus on delivering timely and mission-critical solutions. This position is contingent on funding, with the anticipated award expected around July 2025.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare acquisition documentation for Government review and approval.
- Support program and budget scheduling and planning by offering recommendations on objectives, resource needs, and operational timelines.
- Advise on acquisition functions related to program management and provide subject matter expertise in cost, schedule, performance, and risk areas.
- Assist APMs in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, and tracking program progress.
- Evaluate operational and technical alternatives for program effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
- Interpret and tailor acquisition regulations and directives to support program requirements and decision-making.
- Support integrated planning activities and execution across multiple acquisition functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.DAWIA Level II or Federal Acquisition Institute certification in any acquisition focus area.Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, and / or contract management.(Alternative) A total of 15 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.Desired Qualifications :
Experience advising DoD Program Managers on acquisition strategy and execution.Knowledge of DoD and Army acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures.Familiarity with integrated program schedules and performance tracking methods.Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI Poly.
