Salary :

New Brunswick Counseling Center in Burlington is seeking a dedicated part time licensed clinician to join our compassionate and supportive team. Our mission is to provide empathetic, evidence-based care addressing mental health and substance abuse challenges, empowering individuals to achieve their desired lifestyles.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions both in-person and through telemedicine.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Support clients with coping strategies, stress management, and overall behavioral health improvement.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active New Jersey licensure as an LSW or LAC.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage caseloads both independently and collaboratively within a team.
