Position Overview

The Admissions Outreach Representative serves as the bridge between hope and healing. This role combines marketing insight, relationship-building, and empathetic communication to connect potential clients, families, and referral sources to Recovery Works’ continuum of care. You’ll be the front-line ambassador representing our commitment to integrity, accessibility, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, hospitals, clinicians, and community organizations.

Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process.

Coordinate assessments, insurance verification, and clinical reviews to ensure a seamless intake experience.

Track leads and outreach activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation.

Represent Recovery Works at events, conferences, and community outreach programs.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure admissions processes reflect both compassion and compliance.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

Driven, personable, and highly organized.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Previous experience in behavioral health admissions with a successful history.

Comfortable balancing empathy with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for outreach initiatives.

Benefits

Compensation : $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
