My client, a well-established General Contractor based in Beltsville, MD, is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 60 years in the business and $60M+ in annual revenue, they've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior and infrastructure projects-with a long list of repeat clients and referrals to prove it.

This role offers the opportunity to manage both local commercial interiors and national infrastructure projects for high-profile clients. The ideal candidate is organized, client-facing, and skilled in leading fast-paced construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do :

• Lead commercial and infrastructure projects ranging from $1M+, typically lasting 6 months or less
• Oversee a mix of interiors (offices, healthcare, education, industrial) and national infrastructure work (cooling towers, chiller / generator upgrades, exterior renovations)
• Interface directly with clients
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and project tracking
• Travel nationally 1-2 days per month (fully expensed), with flexible office hours
