The Company is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President in the Business Banking Risk Reporting and Analytics team. This role is crucial for enhancing our risk management and compliance efforts, concentrating on anticipating and responding to emerging risks in the financial environment. You will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of analytical risk dashboards and reporting tools. Your responsibilities will include aggregating comprehensive datasets from varied sources, transitioning our reporting frameworks to leverage cloud-based data, and driving the implementation of AI use cases to boost efficiency.
To succeed in this position, you should thrive in a collaborative, agile environment, capable of adapting to the fast-paced dynamics of the small business sector. We seek applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting. A solid understanding of business intelligence concepts is essential. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Alteryx, or Tableau is required; knowledge of Python, R, Cognos, or Power BI is preferred. Proven leadership experience, exceptional project management, and strong communication skills are critical to ensuring attention to detail and effective representation of the risk reporting, analytics, and data team in various control forums.
