We are seeking a Business Development Director to support an industry leader in Biotechnology. The role involves developing new business deals within the health and sciences sector.

Responsibilities

Sell the client's CRO services to Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology organizations.

Work with Business Partners, following global standards and strategy.

Identify options and develop Key Decision Documents to support strategic decisions to deliver business objectives.

Develop comprehensive strategies for business development in the areas of Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field. Work experience may suffice in place of a degree.

Previous experience with business development within a Health & Sciences sector.

5–10 years in CRO sales.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $165,000-200,000

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (if required by law), and Holidays.
