Job descriptionLead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia services Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust educational experience Provide anesthesia coverage in : Labor and Delivery Work Schedule : One 24‐hour call (out of house) per week with a post‐call day off Non‐clinical days for core faculty responsibilities Board Certified / Eligible for Anesthesia Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Active California medical license Strong interest in teaching and residency education Hourly Rate Up to $290 / hour (weekend / holiday stipends) Estimated Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours / Week, 6 weeks of vacation) Additional Benefits : Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4‐year retention) Flexible scheduling for work‐life Opportunities for additional income through extra Largest hospital in Tulare County, serving 600k+ residents 613 beds, Level III Trauma Center, Stroke Center Recognized for excellence : Healthgrades America’s 100 Best Hospitals (2022,2023)

Opportunity
Kaweah Health’s Department of Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10+ Anesthesiologists, 30+ CRNAs, and our ACGME‐accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents.
