Product Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documentation, support project managers, and coordinate testing processes to ensure product alignment with client expectations

Manage Tier-2 incident assessments and collaborate with the Service Desk Manager for issue resolution

Facilitate working sessions to address resource constraints and coach module leads on roles and deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or similar experience

At least 3 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or production support

Understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies

West coast based required
