As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in providing benefits optimization reviews and comprehensive financial planning services to high-level executives. Your expertise in financial services, investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management will help executives maximize their potential and achieve their long-term financial goals.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with executive clients.
Collaborate with executives to optimize their benefits and provide annual reviews.
Create personalized financial plans that reflect the individual needs and aspirations of the executives you support.
Advise on and implement investment strategies tailored to the clients' risk tolerance and objectives.
Stay abreast of market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting investments.
Offer insights on tax-efficient investment strategies and coordinate with other professionals as necessary.
Conduct in-depth risk assessments and develop effective risk management strategies.
Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
What You Will Bring :
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Mandatory Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Required licenses : FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65, and life insurance.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
Demonstrated success in creating and managing comprehensive financial plans.
In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of clarifying intricate financial concepts.
High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What Will Differentiate You :
Additional degrees or certifications beyond CFP, such as CPA or CFA.
Extensive background in executive benefits consulting.
Proven leadership within high-performing financial advisory teams.
Established network or client base among high-net-worth individuals or executives.

Salary Information :
The base salary range for this role is $111,800.00 - $162,125.00. Individual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
