As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's information technology systems. Responsibilities : Help Desk Support :

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering timely solutions and guidance to users.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
