The Elite Buys Homes, LLC Real Estate Acquisition Agent is responsible to find and identify potential on and off market properties to ultimately acquire and / or sell for a profit. Their responsibilities include advertising, visiting properties, negotiating with clients, and identifying expected improvement and resale prices to exit transactions while meeting specified metrics. The Real Estate Acquisition Agent is assisted with tools and support to identify potential sellers and must be a motivated and results-oriented multi-tasker who is articulate, persuasive, confident, detail-oriented and consistently able to close transactions in a smooth and successful manner. Their responsibilities also include reaching prospective sellers, networking with investors and other industry professionals, and leveraging relationships including those that exist through other Elite divisions.

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of recent experience with construction project estimating preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is preferred.
• Must be goal-oriented, driven and passionate about real estate asset acquisition and sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to create and drive successful digital marketing efforts.
• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study required.
