• ?Join an established practice with two other board-certified urologists, including additional support from mid levels.
• ?Call required 7 days / month; extra pay for extra call
• ?Schedule : Monday Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR
• ?Located within walking distance of the hospital campus; 24 / 7 access to physicians lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour all-access employee fitness center; and a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation rooms, a conference center, and more
• ?Salary is at mean of MGMA; plus a bonus of 100% of the practice profits and an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment
