As a Registered Nurse specializing in Rehab, you will provide high-quality care to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. Your experience in blood glucose monitoring and care management of ports will be essential in this role. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
