We’re seeking an Electrical Controls Panel Assembler to help build and wire high-quality control panels that support a wide range of automated systems. Whether you prefer four 10-hour shifts or a traditional 8-hour schedule, there’s flexibility to fit your lifestyle. What You’ll Be Doing :

Reading and interpreting electrical schematics

Assembling and wiring control panels, including components such as receptacles, transformers, and push-button boxes

Using hand and power tools to drill, tap, and mount electrical parts

Maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency on every project

Keeping your workspace organized and safe

Completing assignments to meet customer and project specifications

What’s in It for You :

Pay : $17.75 / hour

Shift Options : Flexible start times (5 AM or 7 AM) with your choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

Weekly pay and potential for long-term or permanent placement based on performance

Referral bonuses : $100 for every friend you refer, plus an extra $25 when they’re referred through WSI

Qualifications :

Previous experience in electrical wiring or assembly

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (preferred)

Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools such as drills, saws, and wire cutters

Strong reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work occasional overtime

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
