This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across human resources and / or financial management workstreams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, state government staff, and ERP system integrators, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The position combines hands-on project management with leadership responsibilities, including directing workstream teams, coordinating deliverables, and providing expert guidance to ensure the successful deployment of ERP solutions. This role is high-impact, collaborative, and offers significant exposure to complex government ERP initiatives while fostering professional growth and leadership development.

Support the delivery of ERP implementation services, managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.

Assist as deputy project manager, overseeing HRM and / or FIN workstream teams and ensuring quality deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, state government clients, and ERP system integrators to facilitate project execution.

Develop and review project documentation, status reports, and client-facing communications.

Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress and analytical insights.

Participate in business development activities, including responding to opportunities and fostering client relationships.

Monitor and manage project risks, identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions.
