Note : This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and / or Medically Underserved Areas / Populations (MUA / P) Shortage Designation Type.

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Required Credential(s) : Physician MD / DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
