Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1849.01 - $2026.04

California licensed PT needed for Skilled Nursing Facility outside Sacramento. Floating between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks. 1-2 years' experience needed to work 8a-4 : 30p schedule with occasional weekends. (no call). NetHealth and Point Click Care EHR used.

Preferred Qualifications

Willing to float between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks
