Job Description
Looking for an Administrative Assistant who has strong organizational and prioritization skills. The ideal person would have experience supporting high level stakeholders with multiple requests (calendaring, catering, vendor support, documentation, administrative tasks)
This person will be working onsite five times a week at the Cupertino, CA office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a globally distributed group in order to meet the needs of the facilities team and office
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
An eye for details, and ability to follow through with detailed instructions
Strong communication skills and a desire to give good customer service to everyone in the building
Experience using Excel in a professional setting
A highly responsive, adaptable self starter
