Managing Attorney | Orlando, FL

A growing Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to help lead its expanding team in Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to step into a visible leadership role—overseeing attorneys and staff, guiding firm strategy, and helping shape a culture of excellence within a forward-focused practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise attorneys and support staff, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to firm standards.
  • Manage a caseload within your practice area while mentoring junior attorneys and assisting in case strategy.
  • Oversee operations, client management, and business development initiatives as part of the firm’s leadership team.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth, streamline workflows, and enhance client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Strong academic background and professional integrity.
  • Experience in one or more of the following preferred practice areas : Community Association (HOA / Condo), Real Estate & Title, Construction Defect, or Estate Planning & Probate.
  • Portable book of business in any practice area considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, collaborative, and business-minded approach to firm management.
