Colorado Early Education Network (CEEN) is dedicated to bringing in a dynamic Instructional Coach driven to ensure all staff have or learn the necessary skills for 0-5 years development. As we prepare children for continued success at home and in their communities, this person is a key component for their success.

We are looking to bring in motivated, experienced Instructional coaches who take pride in their work developing staff members. An ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication and commitment for personal and professional advancement.

Requirements :

• Provide effective training and support for new teaching staff in classroom management, curriculum implementation, and appropriate early childhood teaching practices.
• Coach and support classroom teaching staff to effectively utilize Creative Curriculum, facilitate assessment driven planning through TS GOLD, CLASS, Conscious Discipline and any other teaching supports / strategies as required by CEEN.
• Provide development and individualized support for assigned teaching staff who do not demonstrate the desired skills in their classroom teaching development.

ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) graduate certificate preferred.
