Salesforce Data Analyst (Tulsa) - Commercial Real Estate

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain contact lists and update records as needed to ensure that marketing campaigns are reaching targeted criteria / recipients
• Assist with coordinating data imports and exports to ensure the smooth integration of data and minimize potential data duplication
• Assist with compiling campaign list from Salesforce contacts or external third-party services
• Collaborate with Sales Data Management and IT Teams in performing routine data cleansing for primary Salesforce objects
• Perform data migration activities : Collect data, cleanse data, and transform data
• Support users through the helpdesk – Manual data updates through an active work queue (email status updates, record merging).
• Support data management to improve Salesforce data growth, accuracy, and quality.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
• Perform other duties / projects assigned within the department as position grows
