As a Clinical Nurse in our Medical / Surgical Cardiac Unit, you will play a crucial role in patient care by assessing, planning, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care episodes, with a focus on their progress towards discharge.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders and administering medications and treatments as per company policy and regulations.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Evaluating patient needs and responses to care rendered.
• Exhibiting sound nursing judgment in all aspects of patient management.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop individualized Care Plans for all patients.
• Guiding and directing ancillary personnel to maintain professional nursing standards.
