Clinical Pharmacist (Brooklyn)

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and dispense medications following established guidelines and regulations
• Conduct medication reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide clinical support for medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with USP797 / 800 standards in the IV room
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
