Auto Collections Manager – MEI Auto Finance

MEI Auto Finance is seeking an experienced Auto Collections Manager to lead our high-performance collections team. This role is responsible for driving strategy, coaching supervisors, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and company policies. The Senior Collections Manager oversees performance in cash collections, delinquency control, repossessions, loss mitigation, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of collections leadership in auto finance or consumer lending (Buy Here Pay Here experience strongly preferred), a proven track record of reducing delinquency, strong knowledge of FDCPA and repossession processes, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

• Lead supervisors and collections agents, driving performance through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce delinquency, improve cure rates, and minimize charge-offs.
• Ensure immediate adoption of all new policies, scripts, and process changes.
