Job Title : IT Field Support Job Location : BEAUMONT TX 77704 Onsite Requirements : Apple / iOS / iPad support experience Experience training new users Windows 11 and Windows system management and upgrade knowledge Job Description : Projects and knowledge required : Apple iPads Configuration Updates Enrollment apple account Software application control. Understand the functionality of production applications. Training to end users. Documentation Problems Solving Windows systems management Windows 11 Upgrade from win10. Local User Profile migration to controlled Active Directory profile. Updating Policies from Domain Controller GPO. Privilege management in windows (admin, standard user, etc.) Windows Policies from DC troubleshooting Certificates management in windows. Wi-Fi troubleshooting Windows Updates management. Coordination and Hands and Eyes : Coordinate activities between remote teams and plant personnel Serve as hands and eyes for connection to IT infrastructure equipment. Basic Layer7 (OSI Model) troubleshooting (fiber, ethernet, wireless). Timely escalation
