Privilege management in windows (admin, standard user, etc.) Windows Policies from DC troubleshooting Certificates management in windows. Wi-Fi troubleshooting Windows Updates management. Coordination and Hands and Eyes : Coordinate activities between remote teams and plant personnel Serve as hands and eyes for connection to IT infrastructure equipment.
