Your Responsibilities as a Plumbing Service Technician :

Deliver EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers

Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings

Educate customers about their plumbing systems and additional services we provide

Travel to job sites, collaborating closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed

Master the Edwin Stipe Plumbing Technician Method (training provided for your success!)

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing service experience

A positive attitude and commitment to doing the job right the first time

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work authorization in the United States (required)

A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people

Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely
