A company is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop / laptop infrastructure for both office-based and remote users
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade desktop / laptop hardware and software
Manage user rights and security settings, and support VPN connectivity for traveling / remote users
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in supporting LAN / WAN / VPN / Wireless infrastructure
Experience with Windows 11, Office365, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow is highly valued
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is desired, or equivalent work experience
CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications are desired
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and with remote teams
